My exercise routine…
I did one workout with Jillian this week, a couple of bike rides, went swimming, and did a walk/run.

Something healthy I ate this week…
I made one of my berry smoothies with flax-seed. Yum!

Something I wish I wouldn’t have eaten…
We celebrated Abigail’s birthday and I had more cookie dough ice cream than I should have. That’s why we usually keep that out of the house. Someone also put some Oreos in the cupboard.

One thing I’m proud of…
My closet is getting emptier. That means a lot of my clothes are getting too big. Wahoo!

My water intake…
I didn’t do so good on getting my 75 oz. in each day. I was bad at keeping the water jug in the fridge filled, and if there’s no cold water, I’m less likely to drink it.

How I felt…
I was pretty stressed this week. I had migraines and trouble sleeping. Maybe if I would have drunk more water…

One goal for next week…
I’m going to try for at least four days of 75 oz. of water.

Weight this week: 150.5 pounds
Weight this week: 152.5 pounds
Total weight loss this year: 31.5 pounds

I just can’t seem to get out of the 150’s! I’m hoping for a better, less stressful week next week.
