My exercise routine…
I started doing The Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout this week, which I really like, so far. It has a 6 week plan and if you need easier variations they have ’em. I also did one of my C25k runs.
Something I wish I wouldn’t have eaten…
Jonathan brought us to Burger King for ice cream and I didn’t get a cone for myself. Then Joel said his tummy hurt. I didn’t let his cone go to waste.
One thing I’m proud of…
I know I’ve been doing this for a while, but I am proud of getting up early to exercise. I still love to sleep, so getting up before everyone else is not easy for me. Yet, I do it (at least 3 days a week) because I know that otherwise I’ll have even more excuses throughout the day.
My water intake…
My water intake was terrible, for the most part. Yesterday was the only day I was good at keeping the water bottle filled.
How I felt…
I’m still dealing with seasonal allergies, though they have gotten a little better this week. Sleep has escaped me a couple of nights too. A little stressed with school starting… Honestly I was a feeling a pretty depressed last week, like a failure. Then I read a post by Rachel at Finding Joy, “dear sweet mom who feels like she is failing”. It was just what my sad soul needed to hear.
My favorite thing this week…
Starting this new week with a better mood. Being an emotional eater, this is much better for my diet.
Weight last week: 156.5pounds
Weight this week: 153.5 pounds
Total weight loss this year: 30.5 pounds
How did you do this week?

You’re doing great! i love that you’re embracing your not so good choice but not dwelling on them. Accept them and move on. No need to regret because what is done is done. Sounds like you definitely have that mind set. Kudos for getting up early and working out. Thats so hard!
