It has been 9 months, since I’ve started living healthier, and I think I’ve developed some great new habits.
- Drinking more water
- Exercising Regularly
- Eating Smaller Portions
- Making Healthier Choices with my food
I haven’t quite reached the goal set by Spark People yet, but I feel comfortable with where I am. I’ve gone from a size 16 to an almost 8, and XL to M. I feel good.
So, that being said, I have decided that the last Wednesday in October will be my last weekly update on my weight. I am still going to be keeping up these habits, and will probably occasionally post something healthy-like.
I do have an exciting post that will be coming soon, with a picture of me in an outfit I haven’t fit in for quite a while and am very excited to share it with you. So stay tuned!
Weight last week: 151 lbs.
Weight this week: 150 lbs.
Total weight lost this year: 34 lbs.
I just want to say thank you to God for giving me the endurance to come this far. He is my strength.
