There was one picture I wanted to take last year, because it was evidence of my goal achievements. Then, before I had time to make a blog post of it, I felt the need to take a blogging break and never posted it.
Last week was my 15th wedding anniversary, so I thought now was the perfect time.
This dress fit me the first 4 years of my marriage, but after I had children and started gaining weight I couldn’t get it zipped anymore. It felt so good trying it on again today and seeing my husband’s face light up again when he saw me.
My #15×15 Goals
Drink 80 oz water per day: 2 days of 80 oz.
Exercise: My body was out of sorts this week. Feet, knees, and other stuff. I got 1.5 Jillian workouts done and 65 minutes of walking.
Eating: Eating was better this week I had a few salads including a kiwi chicken salad from emeals.
Weight Loss this week: 3.5 pounds! Despite my lack of exercise, I still managed to lose. I’m glad I skipped over that hazelnut chocolate bar from Aldi this week. That makes for a total of 8.5 pounds gone and only 6.5 more to go (and only 2 weeks)!
