#15×15 Check-in: A Lazy Week

This past week I have just been pretty lazy, on my challenge anyways. I didn’t even try to get my water intake each day, my exercise was down, and eating was under control, but not great.

I only have one more week until my #15×15 challenge is over. I have been thinking about what’s next. I don’t want to just be done, because last year that’s how I gained 15 back. I also don’t want to necessarily be ruled by my scale. I do want to keep consistent with eating, exercise, and all-over health.

I was reading one of my favorite fitness blogs Peak 313 Fitness which had a new post : Living and Active Challenge. I have decided that this would be my next challenge. It’s perfect. It starts as soon as I’m done with my current challenge and it’s only 5 weeks, so it’s not too long. It has the same goals I want to achieve: Physical, Spiritual, and Accountability. So, who’s with me?

My #15×15 Goals

Drink 80 oz water per day: I’m giving myself an F in water intake this week.

Exercise: I’m still having the foot pain so I got an easier workout from the library: 10 minute Abs. I used it twice this week and walked about 1 hour and 40 minutes. I really could have done more this week. I did find some workouts on Amazon prime, so I’m looking forward to trying those out this week.

Eating: I had control this week, but was often tempted by the candy bars at the checkout lane. By God’s grace, I didn’t buy any! Did you see Starbucks has it’s fall flavors out? Yep, trying to stay far away from that Salted Caramel Mocha and save it for a special treat, instead of a weekly treat.

Weight Loss this week:  Zero pounds with a total of 8.5 pounds gone for the challenge and 6.5 more to go. One week left!

How did you do this week?

This post is part of my #15×15 challenge. Feel free to join up with your own healthy living goals. If you need some accountability feel free to check-in in the comments, daily on Facebook, or by using the #15×15 hashtag on Twitter or Instagram.
