I have been working like crazy trying to get our house packed up this past week. I also attended a homeschool convention this weekend, which was amazing. My goals and some other things are not looking so hot.
- Drink 84 oz. of water at least 5 days a week. I haven’t really been keeping track, but I don’t think I’ve done it 5 days each of the last two weeks. I have done it more like three or four. Note to self: keep track of water intake.
- Memorize Romans 5:12-15. I have worked at this a few times, but still don’t have verse 12 memorized. Note to self: get up early again and spend time in the Word.
- Declutter while packing. I have gotten a box and trash bag full of stuff to give away or garage sale. I should have more, but my husband encouraged me to get the packing done, rather than hem and haw over everything. Note to self: declutter while you unpack.
Alright, that’s enough Noting to self. Now back to packing.

It has been a blessing to read your journey in health. Thank you for being so transparent and encouraging.
I have a tip for drinking more water. At least this seems to work for me. I take fresh or frozen berries and place them in an ice tray, then I fill it them up with water and freeze them. I use these in my water to make it a little more fun and tasty to drink. Some combinations that I have tried are strawberry and lemon juice (from fresh lemons), raspberries and orange juice (from fresh oranges), and blueberries on their own. I’ve thought about doing kiwis with strawberries. I think any combination will work and man does it taste good. It’s simple, cheap and tasty. I hope you enjoy this idea! I’m sure the kids would even enjoy doing this little project!
